Getting Past The Fear Factor To Achieve Internet Based Business Success
Congratulations are in order to you first and foremost. If you are reading these words, then you are just one step closer to manifesting your home-based business destiny. I am here to tell you that you will absolutely be successful IF you are willing to do the work that it will require to achieve the success you desire. This is a 100% guarantee. It is no longer a question of "if" but only "when" you will start to see these results. Now, that's the good news... The sad reality is that although everyone dreams of what it would be like to be rich, or as I like to call it, "achieve financial FREEDOM," few if any are able to muster up the courage to actually do something about it.
I have analyzed this closely and found out that it all boils down to FEAR . This word is among the most damaging known to man and its results have caused millions and millions of people since the beginning of time to quit on themselves, walk away from their goals, abandon their dreams and even worse yet, pass on these very same thoughts and limitations to their children effectively causing these to accept mediocrity in their own lives. The cycle goes on and on and on and on. Fortunately, we don't have to let fear stop us from realizing our potential but we can effectively push through them and get whatever we want out of life.
The first step in overcoming fear is to properly define it. Dictionary.com , defines fear as "a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined." And trust me folks most of the things that we fear are figments of our imagination. They rarely have manifestation in our lives. And we all feel fear in one way or another NO ONE is exempt. When you get ready to embark on your home based business, all kinds of fears can spring up. Will this work? Will I make any money? Is this the right business to go into? I know, I have been there myself.
The second step is to TRUST YOURSELF. What I have come to understand about those who are seeking to start out on businesses of their own is that they are wired different anyway. They constantly have thoughts and feelings of entrepreneurship, some their whole lives. Even in the midst of "regular jobs" they feel out of place and dream big about being their own bosses. People, we are BORN with these qualities. That feeling inside of us is just the call of destiny seeking manifestation in our own lives. We need to trust that following our hearts beyond the fear we feel will lead us to the results and ultimately the lives we want. Those of us who want to work from home are even more "unique" because we actually have the nerve to entertain the thoughts that the tons of money can be obtained by sitting at home while we watch our children grow. The very idea!
Lastly, and perhaps most important in overcoming fear and starting a home based business is to TAKE ACTION! Do something people! Reading and research are all well and fine but when we actually take action, what happens is that internally we eradicate that which we fear. Please understand that <5% of your success in an internet based business will be based on your technical knowledge and 95% will be based on your MINDSET. And that is where real power lies.
So the path to success begins here. Take this advice my friends: Feel the fear and DO IT ANYWAY!
